Manager's Report:
Summary: After an inspection by Mecklenburg County employees of the roads and other infrastructure in Bradford Community, the town determined that the Cash Bond currently held by Mecklenburg County is not sufficient to pay the cost to complete the construction and /or repair of the required improvements. An agreement dated March 2011 allows for additional payments of $25,000 to be made to the Town upon the sale of each lot in Bradford to be held by the Town as part of the Cash Bond. $50,000 has been received to date and is held in the capital project fund.
